Refund and Returns Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Harika Wear! We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality Islamic fashion, and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Refund & Return Window

We accept refund or return requests within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products

To start a return:

Please email us at info@harika.anas-taj.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
